"Chimpanzee" opens in theaters on Earth Day

Food Fights book for new and not so new parents

Food Fights second edition is out now.  Written by Laura A. Jana, MD FAAP, and Jennifer Shu, MD, FAAP with the American Academy of Pediatrics, helping parents with nutrition and healthy choices for your children.  Some of the chapters from the book: Food for Thought How to pick your battles Baby Bites:Starting Solid Foods Putting Breastfeeding First and making it last Food Food everywhere, but not a bite they'll eat Brushing Up A Vitamin A Day Allergies and Intolerances At the back of the book there are resources such as technology, apps for parenting in today's world. Recipes for baby food, meals, and snacks are also in this section. A section on  books to read with your children about food. This is a great book for any new parent or second or more child.
