Book giveaway: NOURISHED, A search for Health, Happiness, and a FullNight's Sleep.

One particular day in the Fall of 2009, I sat down at our Kitchen Table with my laptop and said to my husband I want to start a blog. He asked what was I going to write about. I sat there and looked at our kitchen table and said-all this stuff on the table, and so the blog began. But what would I call the blog? There was a pile of newspapers/coupons/advertisements,school papers, recipes, mail,magazines,sunglasses, keys,books, and who knows what else buried in those piles on the table. I like to shop, I like to clip coupons, I like to find special offers, free samples, new products, and go to the mall. So, that's what I started to write about, all those piles of stuff on the table. That's also how I came up with the name for this blog- Kitchen Table.   I used to have a tablecloth for every season, so hence, I change the background with every season or holiday.
