Here we are in the first week of the new year. Have you made any resolutions? T here is room for improvement, change, and accomplishments in my life. Those all are my resolutions. Resolutions need backup. They need tools to help you succeed. It might be a gym membership, a workout DVD or even a new meal plan. Did you make a New Year Resolution to consume less calories and/or get your body into better condition? What is your plan? That four o'clock hour has me looking for a snack. Since it's near dinner time it's not a good idea to eat a bowl full of ice cream, right! Or how about after dinner-pie, cake?
