Oh do you know the silicone muffin cups from The New York Baking Company? 19 things I like about these baking cups.

I fancy blueberry muffins anytime of the year and especially on a cold winter day. I love to bake them, but don't like to clean the muffin pans. Even if I use paper liners I have to wash the pan anyway. I was asked to review the silicone baking cups by Rizzi from The New York Baking Company and the perfect snowy day was here to do some baking. I have to admit I wasn't sure how the batter would hold up in the silicone baking cups, but they stood up without the muffin pan. Place the filled baking cups on a baking sheet or if you really want, place the filled cups in the muffin pan. No paper liners need.  The cups are oven Safe to 475 degrees Fahrenheit and are reusable. The baking cups can be used for any baking, like cupcakes, cheesecakes, making candy shells to fill, and cornbread. You can take the baked good out of the silicone cup or serve in the cup.
