Today is Friday!  Tonight my daughter and I will be participating in Relay For Life . It is a two day, one night event that takes place in locations around the country. You can find out more here.   Relay  For Life is an event by the American Cancer Society.  Monetary donations are collected for months and days before the event from:  family, friends, neighbors,  and co workers. For their donation you pledge to walk around the track all night and the next morning.  Of course you can take a break, go to the bathroom, have some nourishment and visit with your friends. There is food, fun, fellowship laughter and tears. A time to remember and a time to be thankful. There are themed laps planned throughout the night, for a donation you can dedicate a song to someone.  There  are luminary bags, you can make a donation of $10 and then decorate the bag.
