I fancy blueberry muffins anytime of the year and especially on a cold winter day. I love to bake them, but don't like to clean the muffin pans. Even if I use paper liners I have to wash the pan anyway. I have to admit I wasn't sure how the batter would hold up in the silicone baking cups, but they stood up without the muffin pan. Place the filled baking cups on a baking sheet or if you really want, place the filled cups in the muffin pan. No paper liners need. The cups are oven Safe to 475 degrees Fahrenheit and are reusable.
