I had a preview listen to the album and it has a nice smooth sound. I wasn't really familiar with David Gray but his music and voice are really relaxing. His voice is crisp, clear, and deep. A sound for those days your feeling rushed, need to relax, or just feel like having some inspiration. Learn how to F.A.S.T. F.A.S.T. stands for: F - Face Drooping  - Does one side of the face droop or is it numb? Ask the person to smile. A - Arm Weakness  - Is one arm weak or numb? On a recent Friday afternoon a tableful of moms/bloggers sat at a festively decorated table at  Chick-fil-A in Lionville, Pennsylvania learning and taste testing the NEW Grilled Chicken menu selections. We talked, visited, and tasted our way through the Grilled Chicken Menu.
