Emmy Rossum's Sentimental Journey will be released on January 29, 2013. She sings beautifully in this collection of classic songs. It truly is a sentimental journey listening to these songs again, and she sings them so lovely. The first song on the CD is Sentimental Journey and it's great!  I love all the soft music, the instruments and her voice in the entire CD.  Summer Wind is so good!  I'm not sure I could pick a favorite song...every song is wonderful and heartfelt.     You'll find yourself singing along to Many Tears Ago , I'm sure we all have someone we had tears for and have picked ourselves up and moved on-she sings- cried you outta my heart, and many tears ago. My drive time to and from anywhere seems to be with family in tow. The day before the arrival of Hurricane Irene I set out to gather up some groceries, alone . This gave me the chance to listen to Matt Kearny's CD Young Love  in the car, by myself. The first song on the CD , Hey Mama  is upbeat, lively,fresh, and fun. Driving through the rain, wondering how much wind and rain would be heading our way, the music took my mind off the weather. His songs have been heard on popular television shows, and he is winning the crowds respect and love. I hear why.
