Save A Lot ! I'd shop there! Who doesn't like to save on grocery shopping? The name just sounds like a good place to shop, and I'd say it is! Oh what a beautiful day it was when I visited the Burlington, New Jersey location of Save A Lo t. What I like about Save A Lot: Wide aisles-like two shoppers could pass each other without holding their breath! Clean-parking lot wasn't littered with sale flyers, store floors were shinny and clean, products were neatly arranged on the shelves.  Bright lights Great selection of store brand and name brand items Fresh foods, produce, dairy, meat, breads Frozen foods and ice cream treats Fast checkout Friendly cashiers This wasn't just one time I shopped at Save A Lot, every time I've shopped there it's been pleasant, and I shop two different locations in New Jersey. I love back to school shopping-the school supply list that is. The trying on of clothing, shoes, and jackets is not my favorite part of back to school shopping, but school supplies, well that's fun! The smell of fresh new pencils, new rolls of tape, glue,  new colorful pens, markers, and notebooks, yep, I like that part. Not only do I like it for the kids, but for myself. What can you buy with $25? I participated in a Back To School project with Campus Book Rentals. Campus Book Rentals is proud to sponsor this Back to School, Pay it Forward event. I was given $25 to purchase supplies for a child in need. I purchased: a back pack for $5, and 20 items that cost $1.00 each. I also added a few extra school supplies from our school supply stash.     It was really easy to find so many items for $1.00 or less, and it's nice to help a local child in need. I donated the loaded back pack to our local drug store that was collecting school supplies. Sign up for the shopper/rewards card at office supply stores. Teachers and parents can qualify for the teacher rewards card and are able to purchase more of a quanity at the discount price. If you are a homeschooler, Sunday school Teacher, Scout Leader and the like sign up for the teacher rewards card, and stock up to Pay It Forward with your extra school supplies.
