Last week when I was in the mall shopping, I thought I heard Christmas Music. I had to stop and listen to be sure it was what I heard. Yep, it's time to start thinking about the holidays. Here in my area of the country the kids have been out of school just one week!  June is almost over! We have been to several graduation parties and a few more are scheduled on the calendar.  It's always nice to send or receive a formal invitaion to an event. Are you counting down the days until the school year is over? If you have a graduate in your house, like we do, it's a happy time!  There is all the planning for college and all the planning for graduation. Our school has the ceremony outside, weather permitting. If it is raining or a wind storm outside the ceremony is held in the gymnasium. That is limited seating. Each graduate gets four tickets for his or her family. What about all those relatives?  Luckily we are planning on sending out Graduation Announcements. Thrown in the bottom of your purse or bag?! When you attend your first conference don't go there without business cards. The month of January doesn't lend itself  much in the way of holiday decorations. My house has snowflakes and snowmen here and there. Snow has not graced us with it's presence as of yet. I am ready to put the winter decorations away. Perhaps if I lived in an area of great amounts of snowfall, cold temperatures and where wool sweaters are a must I'd be more apt to enjoy the winter decorations. Temperature readings of 40 degree Fahrenheit just don't feel like winter.  Stores are stocking up with Spring clothing, garden supplies, and brighter colored everything.
