January and February seem to be the longest months of Winter. The holiday decorations are put away, the twinkling lights that adorn houses and trees are unplugged and the dark nights are here once again.
By mid January I am ready to bring the Valentine's Day tote up from the basement and fill the house with hearts of all shapes and sizes. And how about those little conversation hearts-who doesn't love reading those!
My favorite thing about Valentine's day is the cards. Classroom cards that is. Do you remember hoping you'll get a card from that special someone one in your class you had a crush on? On the day of the classroom party when you were allowed to open up your homemade "mailbox" it was like a bounty of little love notes and cards with lollipops attached. You could take home your "mailbox" at the end of the day and look at those cards for ever and ever.
That is the great thing a greeting cards, you can keep them forever and re-read them as much as you want. Make sure you pick out cards with meaningful sentiments, photos, and quality. Shutterfly can help you out! They have over 50 new designs this year, great selections, and the quality is top notch. Head on over to Shutterfly and take a look at their Valentine's Day Cards to mail to family and friends or for the classroom.
Shutterfly also has great gifts for the Cupid in your life:
iphone cases,
photo Mugs
photo cubes
desk top plaques
