Kevin Costner plays the grandfather to this little girl-Eloise. Her mother has passed and so has his wife.
Grandfather is all alone raising her, but her other grandmother wants the child to live with her and maybe even the child's dad if he can get his act together.

Looks like a good film and a family man role for Kevin Costner, he lives in a big house with tons of comforts, and the child's grandmother lives with less comforts of home. Who will Eloise live with?

SYNOPSIS

BLACK OR WHITE is the story of a grandfather (Academy Award® winner Kevin Costner) who is suddenly left to care for his beloved granddaughter. When the little girl’s paternal grandmother (Academy Award® winner Octavia Spencer) seeks custody, a legal battle ensues that forces the families to confront their true feelings on race, forgiveness and understanding.
