The Boys and Girls Clubs of America is  in a  partnership with Microsoft and Comcast for Digital Literacy.  Along with the sport activities, homework help and play time activities offered by the clubs, Digital Literacy is offered. Club Tech   give children regular access to technology.   Children ages 6-18 are given the resources to learn journalism, graphic designing, engineering, and photography.  The support and tools for children to learn digital skills in today's world transform kids lives. They are able to keep up with current events, and become more literate in school and home topics.  There are nearly 1 million kids that participate in the 3,600 clubs around the world. There comes that time of the day, known as dinner time. The days that I find myself being a taxi driver to my kids, running errands, and trying to keep up with the dishes and laundry,  making dinner is far from my mind. Let alone what we are having for dinner!  I open the freezer door, looking for something wholesome, easy to prepare, and something that my family  likes to eat.  There it is! Marie Callender's Pot Pies.  Honestly, my Mother told me about this brand years ago, and I still am buying it! My family prefers this brand of pot pies over other brands and this is why: they taste homemade.  Recently Marie Callender's pot pies were featured in the   8 Grocery Store Items that are better than homemade list . Since I have been feeding these to my family for years, I have to agree they are  that  good! The crust is flaky, the pot pie is loaded with vegetables, the right amount of meat, and a nice flavorful gravy....

Even though Mother's Day is really Sunday, yesterday  was my Mother's Day! My Children gave me flowers. My hubby vacuumed the house. He installed new carpet on the stairs. He loaded up the truck, but we did not move to Beverly Hills! This is our daughters college apartment contents.
