About Me

Alison Shaffer: Hello there, I am a 50 something Mom of two grown children. I am married to the man I met in my last year of high school. We have a new to us Airstream Trailer and enjoy seeing the sights. My blog was established in 2009 under the name Kitchen Table, writing about all the stuff from school, mail, shopping, whatever landed on the drop zone, and a few dinners too. I've changed it up a bit to my web site being my name for the title. Reviews and giveaways are the main thing my blog has focused on in the past. I've taught Sunday School, pre-school, middle school, Girl Scouts, homeschooled my girls, Friends of the Library, Homeroom mom, neighborhood moms group, church Vestry, Ladies Aid officer, The Daughters of The American Revolution, Genealogy, history, camp/cottage life.
