 Just when you thought it was safe to buy the same old tortilla chips Tostitos makes them even better! When I buy tortilla chips I always buy the same brand, Tostitos, Just my preference. Now in stores you can buy the NEW Tostitos (r) Artisan Recipes (tm) Tortilla chips in two distinctive flavors; Fire-Roasted Chipotle, and Roasted Garlic & Black Bean. Being a member of SheSpeaks  I was able to be a part in trying the new tortilla chips. These two new Artisan chips are made with 100% natural ingredients,  made with 9 grains, no artificial flavors,no artificial preservatives, no msg , 0 grams trans fats, and 8 grams of whole grains per 1 ounces serving, and full of good flavors!

 We tried  the Roasted Garlic and Black Bean Tortilla Chips. These chips are light, crisp, full of flavors and are great with or without any type of dip/salsa.  We tried them right out of the bag first and then with salsa, which added a nice mix of flavor. I liked the chips plain, but the salsa was a nice addition. Guacamole with the chips is really good too.  The real  black beans and roasted garlic are in the chips, not something you have to add or dip into,which makes them easy to serve.
The chips contain whole wheat, dried black beans, whole oats, whole brown rice, and more great natural ingredients.  The chips are  great to serve with chili or  tacos.  If you are a fan of the seven layer dip these chips will be great to use as the base.  Most every get together with friends and family tortilla chips are present, and are always a hit.  You can add the chips to your parities ,get together, and family TV/game nights.  Since you don't need a dip/salsa you can spend more time with your guest then in the kitchen refiling the dip bowls. You can also use these chips in recipes that you normally use regular tortilla chips, like salads and casseroles.  I am looking forward to fresh salsa made in the summer by my husband with home grown tomatoes and the new chips.
