I joined the revolution today at Whole Foods Market. What did you do today?

This afternoon I joined a revolution.
The Lunch Line Revolution at Whole Foods Market in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania.

Whole Foods Market invited bloggers to stand on line and get packing a health school lunch. Kids with help from their parent could grab a cardboard lunch box and fill it with healthy food options, then pack it in a brown paper bag and seal it with a sticker or two and take it home. School lunch is ready for tomorrow!

From 4-6 PM Tuesday September 3,  kids could fill up their Whole Foods Market lunch box with their favorite foods from the famous pack-your-lunch line for FREE. (note this event was free for this day only)

Whole Foods and PBS Kids have joined together!
To get your free printables for meal time planning and more go to: http://pbskids.org/healthykids/

this is the beginning of the famous Pack-Your-Lunch Line.

The first food item was an organic mix of greens:

a choice of dressings packed and ready to go

we picked up a cup of fruit, juice or bottled H2O

Our packed lunch for school tomorrow.

The salad bar at Whole Foods Market is the perfect place to pack your child's lunch. Let them choose their favorite fruits and vegetables and pack it up for lunch the next day.

For more fun activities at Whole Foods Market Jenkintown visit the store for a calendar and pick up "The Whole Deal" coupon, recipe, family meals, and savings book in store. (look for it and other healthy tips brochures  when you enter the store or ask a customer service)

Disclosure: Bloggers were given a nice reusable shopping bag, samples of Whole Foods Market foods, and a gift card to Whole Foods Market for attending the event and sharing this information. The comments and views are my own.

Giveaway of New Soft Scrub® 4-in-1 Toliet Cleaner to three lucky winners.

Let's talk about cleaning toilets. Hmm, I'd rather not talk about that, or clean them. However, I don't want dirty toilets in our house, so I have to clean all three of them. I'd clean four or five because I really would like two downstairs bathrooms in my next house. We have one powder room on the first floor and two full baths upstairs.I'd like three full baths upstairs. Why in the world would I want to clean all that? Who knows, but having a product that can help out cleaning the three we currently have in my house is greatly appreciated. Soft Scrub ®  is honestly amazing me with their new and improved products. I've learned about them in the past few months from trying them out and writing reviews. My kitchen sink has never shined so much, the bathrooms are cleaner, and now Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care is now here! It is new, it smells nice, and it is so easy to use. Just clip it on the side of the bowl, make sure it is in the flow of water when the toil

So, how's the dinner time prep going? The kids are back in school, and  then after school is sports, band practice. Do you have the taxi light on top your car on? Sound familiar? I can relate. Those nights of soccer practice and games kept us moving. I am the late afternoon here on the East Coast, and glad to have my dinner thoughts together. How did I do it? I made Ultimate Hamburger Helper Three Cheese Marinara.
