GIVEAWAY. INSTANT FAMILY DVD and art prize pack from Paramount Pictures. Use the art set every instance you watch the film.

How was your weekend? I went to the Philadelphia Flower Show on Saturday with my husband and youngest daughter. It was really fantastic, but so crowded.
I was ready for a cold drink and lunch/dinner by the end of the afternoon. We headed to Whalburgers Restaurant in Philadelphia. You know, the famous Whalberg brothers, Donny, Paul, and Mark from their music, movies, television shows, and restaurants.
And guess what-I watched a movie staring Mark Whalberg this weekend also.
the mr. takes a selfie with the brothers at Whalburgers
By Sunday night the hubs and I were ready for some living room time on the couch with a movie, I had been waiting a few days to watch a certain film, but thought I'd wait to the Mr. was available. So Sunday night was the night!
We watched: INSTANT FAMILY, starting, Mark Whalberg and Rose Byrne.
This Blu-Ray combo pack, DVD, and  Digital version will be for sale in stores on Tuesday March 5, 2019. Shop for the Blu-Ray-DVD-Digital Combo where you buy films. Watch the trailer on You Tube  PG13.

The film begins with Pete (Mark Whalberg) and Ellie (Rose Byrne) as a couple that flips, (not literally flips) but remodels houses. After work each day, they come home to their dog and clean, comfy home.

Somehow the topic of Foster children is introduced by Ellie to Pete. There is discussion among the extended family, Foster Parent meetings, and a chance to meet Foster Children at a picnic in the park.

They set out to Foster one child, but learn this one child has two other siblings, So, the family agrees to Foster all three children. Ya know, I was thinking how great it would be for all these kids to be together with such great Foster Parents, in a cozy house, their own bedrooms, and healthy meals. I sure would want to stay with my siblings.

The meddling family members don't understand any of their motivation to foster children. But, gosh as the days go by and love grows deep, they get it, the kids get it, and I get it.

Their last home was dirty, the yard was like a dump-honest, and the Foster parents were just plain ole' mean. I think Pete and Ellie were just shocked to see the kids living conditions. It's one of those moments you say "kids get in the car, go, go now, get in the car" we will rescue you from this place.

Do you think these three kids would cause a ruckus? Well, they do.
The youngest wants to eat potato chips for every meal. The oldest wants her independence, and the middle boy seems to always be getting injured.

Pete and Ellie learn that these kids are used to taking care of themselves and it's hard for them to let the Foster parents be in charge. Plus, there is a mother for these kids who was just released from jail.

The kids Mother is deemed worthy by the judge to let her have the kids back to live with her. I think the oldest child is thrilled, the youngest two seem to want to stay with the family. But what we don't know is that there is more to the Mother's lifestyle.

Through a emotional up and down experience for the Foster parents, the Foster Grandparents, and the Foster Parent case workers, their is a lot of who is right and wrong in this film. That means that there are so many people that love these kids that everyone thinks they are right in how to raise these three Foster kids.

Pete and Ellie feel nothing but instant love for these three Foster Kids, but the three Foster kids do not feel the same. It takes time, trust, and a lot of messes to earn each others trust, but not love, that comes instantly.

Don't miss the end options of the film, where you can see left out scenes, a interview with the director and his story of how his family grew with Foster Children. glad there was more to watch...I didn't want the film to end...

The heartwarming film, inspired by the real events from the life of writer/director Sean Anders, follows Pete (Mark Wahlberg) and Ellie (Rose Byrne) as they decide to start a family and stumble into the world of foster care adoption. They hope to take in one small child but when they meet three siblings, including a rebellious 15 year old girl (Isabela Moner), they find themselves speeding from zero to three kids overnight. Now, Pete and Ellie must hilariously try to learn the ropes of instant parenthood in the hopes of becoming a family. INSTANT FAMILY also stars Octavia Spencer, Tig Notaro and Margo Martindale.

Giveaway of New Soft Scrub® 4-in-1 Toliet Cleaner to three lucky winners.

Let's talk about cleaning toilets. Hmm, I'd rather not talk about that, or clean them. However, I don't want dirty toilets in our house, so I have to clean all three of them. I'd clean four or five because I really would like two downstairs bathrooms in my next house. We have one powder room on the first floor and two full baths upstairs.I'd like three full baths upstairs. Why in the world would I want to clean all that? Who knows, but having a product that can help out cleaning the three we currently have in my house is greatly appreciated. Soft Scrub ®  is honestly amazing me with their new and improved products. I've learned about them in the past few months from trying them out and writing reviews. My kitchen sink has never shined so much, the bathrooms are cleaner, and now Soft Scrub 4-in-1 Toilet Care is now here! It is new, it smells nice, and it is so easy to use. Just clip it on the side of the bowl, make sure it is in the flow of water when the toil

So, how's the dinner time prep going? The kids are back in school, and  then after school is sports, band practice. Do you have the taxi light on top your car on? Sound familiar? I can relate. Giveaway of Three Copies of Les Misérables on Blu Ray DVD combo Pack

You know that part of a DVD that prompts you to select play, scenes, bonus, set up while bits of the movie play? I did not get past that for several plays through the song "Do you hear the people sing" with  people of France waving their flag, and singing about they will not be slaves again.  The song is so moving, so powerful. It can stir up your the strength within your soul, it can remind you of the freedom of being an American, and it can bring you to tears of sadness, happiness, and joy. Now on to select play: I saw Les Misérables at the preview screening last year and was captivated, motionless in my seat. The DVD has the same effect. You'll be taken back to another place, another time. The cast is perfect, the singing is moving, and the scenery is real old world "Paris". As I watched Les Misérables it's a reminder to myself, a wake up call for us all to be humble, be better. To forgive each other, let go of our egos, help each other at times of need,
